Product Description

The all-steel ventilated floor uses high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, stamped and welded into shape, filled with foamed cement. Customized ventilation louvers are cut into the surface, allowing for ventilation rates ranging from 20% to 55% in various specifications. The overall structure is robust and load-bearing, fire-resistant to Class A, and the surface is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, compatible with various anti-static surface layers such as HPL and ceramic.

The floor is installed in a raised structure with supporting beams. This raised space not only accommodates power cables in the server room but also facilitates airflow under the racks and air circulation for heat dissipation, while simultaneously dissipating static electricity to prevent damage to precision equipment. It is easy to install and disassemble, highly interchangeable, and can be seamlessly integrated with ordinary all-steel anti-static floors for flexible placement directly beneath server racks.
